Temperature monitoring system of Three Gorges Power Station

In 2010, the Testeck temperature sensor was successfully applied in Three Gorges Power Station. So far, all of the sensors are operated normally. The temperature resistor has been operated stably for many years. At present, the temperature sensor of Testeck has been successfully operated in more than 5,000 projects of over 1,000 power stations, substations and power plants in the country. With stable operation, all of the sensors are highly praised by customers!

Three Gorges Power Station is located on the main stream of the Yangtze River between Chongqing City and Yichang City of Hubei Province. The dam is located in Sandauping, which is not far from the upstream of Yichang City and forms a cascade power station with Gezhouba Hydropower Station in the downstream. It is the largest hydropower station in the world and the largest project ever built in China. The dam elevation of the hydropower station is 185 meters, the water storage elevation is 175 meters, and the reservoir is more than 600 kilometers long. 32 hydropower units with a single capacity of 700,000 kilowatts are installed with a total installed capacity of 22.5 million kilowatts. After completion, the hydropower station will become the largest hydropower station in the world.
